Classes
Classes are semi-private, limited to 3-5 teams and held in our small training facility located in Newport, VA.
A flight of stairs is required to access the facility.

Introduction to AKC Rally -
THURSDAYS, 6 pm - CLASS FULL THURSDAYS, 7 pm - CLASS FULL (7 weeks) FIRST CLASS: October 27 $120 for 7 weeks This class will cover all you need to get started in AKC Rally. Weeks 1-6 will cover competition rules and expectations, learn novice signs, and practice short courses. Week 7 will offer a formal run through of an AKC novice virtual course which can be submitted for a leg toward the RN title if owner chooses.
Prerequisites: Dogs should be at least 6 months of age and have earned CGC title or have equivalent skills/permission from the instructor. Proof of core vaccinations and bordetella required prior to first class. |

Canine Good Citizen Class - COMING SOON!
6 weeks with evaluation on week 7 $120 for 7 weeks (includes free evaluation) Would you like your dog to behave like a good citizen in public? Do you want to pursue therapy work or competition? Come and join us for a Canine Good Citizen class!
This class is for those who have completed beginner obedience and are ready to move on to fine tune walking nicely on a leash around distractions, proofing stays, and learning the rules of politely navigating as a team in public. The CGC certification is often a prerequisite to therapy and competition classes. Teams will be evaluated the final week of class if they choose. Prerequisites: Dogs should be at least 6 months of age and have completed a Beginner 1 class, or have equivalent skills/permission from the instructor. Proof of core vaccinations and bordetella required prior to first class. Not appropriate for reactive/aggressive dogs. |
